Should the date of completion be considered as one year from the date of order or date of receipt of the money?
The duration of the Grant will be considered from the date of the receipt of order. But, in some unforeseen circumstances or due to delay in disbursal from the Finance section, due consideration can be given on intimation of the same to R & D Cell.
