  2. The duration of the Grant will be considered from the date of the receipt of order. But, in some unforeseen circumstances or due to delay in disbursal from the Finance section, due consideration can be given on intimation of the same to R & D Cell.

    No, these expenses cannot be included in the grant budget. There are separate schemes to support both publication and patent, and these are available in KAHER. So the applicants can avail these benefits in those schemes.

  5. The methodology for these grants should be designed such that the existing infrastructure and equipment’s available in KAHER are being used for the study. Any new equipment’s need should go through the Registrar office, rather than applying for them in the grant.
