The individual constituent units will establish a monitoring committee which will overlook the progress of the projects, Maintain the invoices and bills related to grant and also ask for reports either once in 3 months or 6 monthly. A yearly report has to be submitted to R and D Cell and the Utilization Certificate (UC) after the completion of the project.
